Refund policy

At Janani Kala Mandir, we strive to ensure you love every purchase. However, if you receive a product that isn't quite right, here is how we can help.
1. Eligibility for Returns
We accept returns only under the following conditions:
Defective Products: If the item has a genuine manufacturing defect or arrived damaged.
Original Condition: The product must be unworn, unwashed, and free from any stains, odors, or signs of wear.
Tags Intact: All original brand tags and packaging must be attached and intact.
2. Return Window
You must initiate a return request within 5 days of receiving your package. Requests made after this window will not be eligible for a refund or exchange.
3. Processing Fee
To cover the logistics and handling costs associated with returns, a flat processing fee of ₹35 will be deducted from your final refund amount.
Note: This fee is waived if the return is due to a confirmed manufacturing defect verified by our team.
4. The Return Process
Initiate: Raise a request via our [Returns Portal / WhatsApp / Email] with your Order ID and photos of the defect.
Inspection: Once the item reaches our warehouse, it will undergo a quality check.
Approval: If the item meets the criteria (tags on, no stains, no wear), your refund will be processed. If the item fails the quality check, it will be shipped back to you at your expense.
5. Refunds
Prepaid Orders: The refund (minus the ₹35 fee) will be credited to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
COD Orders: The refund will be issued as [Store Credit / Bank Transfer] after deducting the processing fee.
Important Notes:
Items purchased during a "Final Sale" or "Clearance" are not eligible for returns.
Please ensure the product is packed securely to prevent damage during transit.
